You know, Dona, I have this piece stitched and framed in my dining area. I was so saddened to hear of her tragic death this morning. I was looking at it and so glad we had a chance to 'know her' through her designs.

I'm still in shock over Lisa's death. It's so tragic.

When Lisa sent us this chart, I put it in my WIP file - I am going to have to pull it out as a tribute and thank you stitch. She will be missed.

Thank you for showing this design of Lisa's...I think it will be a good one to start to honor her.

I remember stitching the model for Sampler Sisters. Lisa will be missed. She touched a lot of people and I don't think she realized it.

I opened up your blog and the Goodreads quote showing on your side bar says, "If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other."--Mother Teresa. I'm so glad that Lisa belonged to those who loved her, to us, and that we belong to each other, too. Big hugs.

It will be extra special to be stitching SSoTT with you and the others, Dona.
